Sunday, September 20, 2009. When creating a concept map, I think using either Paint program or, like the book mentions, Kidspiration. The paint program would not enable the students to used hyperlinks for more information to appear, but it would be a simplier form. I think I did a good job of incorporating images into the project. I also think I did a good job when writing the text. The text was not wordy; it was done in bulleted format. Tuesday, October 27, 2009. When I was in third grade, my teacher taught us our multiplication tables with the help of Excel. She would use the table to not teach us, but rather to reinforce our learning. Individually, we would plug in the times tables into the cells to quiz ourselves. I thought that was a good idea and is a very helpful way to study. From using Excel in class, I learned how to do the different formulas. That will help me when teaching because.
