It's Nice to Be Nice in Gambia. Life from 'the smiling coast of Africa'. Sunday, March 11, 2012. Today we were invited to have lunch with the family that we buy our vegetables from. We were very flattered to be asked. Gambian food usually consists of a big bowl of rice with a different type of stew/sauce over the top and with lots of msg seasoning. Which I’m sure is a delicacy but I’m not very good with animal parts. I ate so much my tummy is still hurting (but in the good way! March 11, 2012 at 2:43 PM.

For someone who claims to be a writer, I don’t do a very good job at putting out material for you people to read. You've heard this before.)
