Because that's just what you're do when you're that age. And then we saw this lady. She was tall, beautiful, had amazing hair and she reminded us of Lisa Lopes from TLC. We were hard core into singing waterfalls, like, all the time. Except it wasn't our adoration she felt we had or what she heard. Instead she thought we were making fun of her.

Wednesday, November 9, 2011. Crock Pot Pot Roast. Enough tomato juice to cover meat. 2 Handfuls of carrot. 2 tbsp Garlic Powder. Palmful of Black Pepper. 4 Celery Stalks cleaned and chopped. Place everything in the crockpot. Yes even the meat. When you leave the meat in frozen I promise you it is just amazing. Cook for 3 hours on high then put on low for 5-6 hours. Or on high for 5 hours or just low for 9 hours. Do not stir or mess with the food in the pot. Enjoy with pasta or rice! Crock Pot Pot Roast.

Thankfully the nurse was able to get a good reading finally and I have been really paying close attention to Macey's movement since.
