When one of my best friends announced that she was pregnant I knew that I needed to plan a couple of trips back home to Essex to coincide with her due date. I arranged two visits, two weeks apart. Little baby E made an appearance 10 days after her due date and right in the middle of my two visits! A year ago today. The girls and I. A few weeks ago I spent the morning with this little lady on her first birthday. She's such a happy, smiley little girl. She was determined to get hold of my camera, I think she was curious as to what the big black thing was that I kept on pointing in her direction. Look at her big blue eyes! She likes to make music. We have been living in Yorkshire for over five weeks now, time really does fly! My new bedroom is at the front of the house and I get the most amazing views of sunset (weather permitting! It is so different to the view I had from our house in Essex, I am very lucky. This LOVE sign sits on my window sill and it looked lovely in the late evening light. Labels: katie jones photography. Last week I turned 26! I went to Yorkshire for a few days to celebrate. Here are a couple of montages from my trip. I have known Cheryl and Michelle since we started secondary school and we have been best friends ever since. That was over 15 years ago! Today is Chez's birthday, I hope you have a wonderful day! I finally got out to take some photos of the beautiful blossom in our garden this morning. Spring is well and truly here, and it's about time! I'm loving how everywhere is bursting into colour.
