Welcome to the world, Baby Rhett. Going from 1 to 2 →. Farewell 2013, Hello 2014. January 5, 2014. This is kind of funny for me to think about now because he will be 3 years old in less than 2 months and I’m already trying to plan his 3rd birthday party. I’m loving the little boy my toddler is becoming and loving his little personality. He seems to be thriving with preschool and adjusting well to being a big brother. We got pregnant with Baby #2, Baby Rhett! And I felt like I was pregnant forever- ha!

I laugh at the fact that our jobs are polar opposites of each other, especially with him working in a science-based, government organization. Before Rhett was born, I was constantly worrying and thinking about how our adjustment would be going from 1 kid to 2. How would Colin handle it? How was this new baby going to be? Will I ever sleep?
