My life in a nut shell. Wednesday, April 06, 2011. Please welcome Diego Everett; 8 lbs 14 oz and 19.5 inches long. It was a long and grueling birth. (More on that to come.) I cannot believe it has already been a week. Where did it go? We are loving every minute with him. I just can't get enough. I cant wait to see more of him! I hope you are recovering quickly. You both make a good looking baby! Isnt it amazing you can be so completely happy and exhausted all at the same time? He is so cute!

Saturday, April 30, 2011. So, my mother is the stake primary president and she wanted to make a video and slideshow if the kids for a primary fireside she does yearly. Joel did the video, and I took pictures. Here are some of my favorites - even though all of the primary kids are SO adorable! The fireside was amazing, as per her usual and the kids loved seeing their faces and hearing one another's testimonies. This little boy says he wears the name tag to church every Sunday! We missed Adam and Andrea who weren't able to stay through Christmas and we missed and felt bad for Trisha who had to work a 14 hour day at the hospital! The rest of us relaxed, read, watched movies and played the new games on the Wii. We also went and played out in the snow for a while which was fun. .
