Bobby's driver friend, Agus, is a chipper morning person. He chatted with us the entire hour ride to Prambanan Temple in the morning, and I hardly remember what we discussed. Recipe for the most delicioso healthy sweet potato and quinoa burrito ever:. 2-3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed. 8-10 mini sweet peppers, diced. 1 medium onion, diced. 1 tbsp olive or coconut oil. 1 tsp chili powder. Mix diced veggies together and toss with oil and spices. Spread flat on baking sheet and roast at 425 degrees for 20 mins. While that is cooking, combine the following in a large mixing bowl:. 1 large can black beans, drained and rinsed. 15-2 cups cooked quinoa.

Friday, August 8, 2014. Like an excited kid I keep pondering what to be this howl-o-ween . I posted previously pics of my costumes over the years and left out two I made after the mad hatter one last year. I'm lucky enough to have friends who love Halloween or at least enjoy a good party as much as I do. This was a cat and mouse outfit made from a cheap blanket and extra fleece in my sewing room with ears of floral wire and a headband. Not my best work but it had to do in a pinch. Links to this post.
