Sunday, August 15, 2010. Good grief I am not doing well with this blog lately! We are all well and happy. Germany is amazing and we have seen so many great things. I'll post pictures eventually. The weather is nice as well. I know most of our friends and loved ones are battling the heat wave in the states. Yesterday the high was 69 and windy. I needed a jacket in the shade. It is so nice! I have some things I've been pondering that I'd like to share on here. Maybe I'll get to that this week. :).

Monday, January 17, 2011. The past few months have been crazy. Let's see if I can recap most of it:. Josh switched jobs just after learning the one he had. I got hired and laid off in the same month (Boo! I got hired back doing a different job 6 weeks later. I'm now teaching full time. Andrew LOVES his school. Friday, February 26, 2010. Had a hard couple of weeks. It was honestly a combination of things. Jamie's untimely death really drummed up some memories of other loved ones lost and I didn't realize how raw some of those emotions still are. Monday, August 30, 2010. Yeah, I'm alive :). It's been a crazy couple of weeks. The girls turned 3 on Saturday. I can't believe time has flown so quickly. I was planning to tackle potty training Labor Day weekend but last Wednesday Leah decided she wanted to be a big girl. Leila isn't on board yet. :) We have a birthday party planned for them in a couple of weeks. We are enjoying our neighborhood and know everyone in our stairwell. It's nice to have good neighbors and playmates for the kids.

Friday, June 25, 2010. Almost a whole month of silence! I can't believe it's been almost a whole month since I last posted. These past few weeks have flown by quite fast. So, I have been unpacking ever since! We LOVE our house! We are on the 3rd floor of a high rise type building. It's a 4 bedroom/2 bath and over 2,000 sq. feet. Saturday, December 19, 2009. The surgery went well. I had to stay an extra day in the hospital so that bummed me out but I've been home since Wednesday and resting a lot. I'm on some good drugs and have had some weird dreams (including rock climbing with Michelle Obama discussing the summit in Copenhagen) so I haven't posted much.
