I have been lactose-intolerant for over 4 years now, and within the past year, I've completely cut out any products that contain any traces of milk. If my body doesn't like it and can't digest in, I really shouldn't be having any of that put into me. Even with taking lactase enzyme pills. That undigested gunk has to go somewhere! Haha, it's good enough to me! I'm kinda really anti-soy....
