Roasted Pear with Raspberry Coulis, Chocolate and Pistachios. 1 large red pear. 1/2 cup white wine (high quality). 1 tbsp mini semisweet chocolate chips.

Turned out that Janna ended up teaching me and giving me the basics on how to hit a rail. I'm kind of amazing. Just sitting there. My jacket matches the bottom of my board, lol.
