Monday, April 7, 2014. How was your weekend? On Friday night, I went to downtown Phoenix for "First Friday" with some girlfriends! On Saturday, my husband and I had to cancel our plans to go to the lake because he was sick. :( Instead, I spent the day baking, doing dishes, grocery shopping, doing laundry, and just being overall domestic. :) I baked these Lemon Chia Seed Muffins.
