The Brave Little Typewriter. Friday, March 16, 2012. There are so many wonderful writers out there that it was difficult narrowing my list down to 10. In fact, that is the reason I didn't make it 5.there are just to many to choose from! I'm still preparing the third post for my "official" list, but in the meantime I wanted to share my thoughts on another author that I love.Thrity Umrigar, author of The Space Between Us. Art Teacher Creature
Saturday, July 20, 2013. Complex Color Wheel 2013. Complex Color Wheel, Art 1. This is a very cool project to introduce basic color theory to Art 1 students. I love this assignment because it has simple color mixing but it also looks pretty awesome when the design is complete. Painting in the black background in particular really makes these color wheels POP! Paper plate ( To trace circle on paper). Ruler (To find the center of circle and divide the sections). Palette of some form. Plastic cup for water.
