Saturday, July 2, 2011. Today we went to see both the boys and girls high school soccer teams play in their district games. We started at the girls game which they tied! After the girls game we went over to the field where the boys were playing. That atmosphere was very different from the first. There were over 300 hundred people watching this game! Monday, July 4, 2011. Yesterday was a great day! Sunday’s at OLG are very leisurely. We started our day by sleeping in! Mass on Sundays does not start until 7am so we were able to sleep until 6:30 instead of our usual 5:30 wake up! After mass we took our breakfast back at the house where we stay on the Dominican compound. We enjoyed oatmeal, bananas, peanut butter and tea while the birds chirped outside our windows.
