Tuesday, 23 August 2011. Manchester to Kuala Lumpur. Mum said “lets just say goodbye normally as though you're just going back to Chester”, so we did. Saturday, 11 April 2009. My Journey to China. To be at Liverpool John Lennon airport in plenty of time meant a 5am start. Michael and Hannah came to the train station with me to say goodbye and Kat actually came up to the airport with me. She said it was strange being at the airport but not flying anywhere. Saturday, 3 September 2011. We arrived in Penang at 5am and promptly went for breakfast, where there was purple dim sum! That was the only thing that was amusing me though. Friday, 1 February 2013. Long Time, No Blog. I also changed house, choosing to live on my own for the first time. It has been wonderful. I wasn't sure how well I would fair on my own, but I have found the solace comforting, and besides, my wonderful boyfriend has kept me company when he could.
