Making life a little sweeter. Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Happy 4th Of July! For my fourth of July sweets, I first made red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and topped them with pop rocks, to add a little bit of kick! And because I thought they might be like fireworks in your mouth! The second was strawberries, dipped in white chocolate and then dipped in blue sugar, which I purchased at Hobby Lobby.
