Thursday, March 31, 2011. I wanted to write this post so I will always remember and be able to tell Colt the first time he got GROUNDED! I am trying to get creative and am hoping that he starts to understand that he has to listen and if he doesnt that there are consequences. Thursday, April 21, 2011. On Saturday Taryn, Vicki, Caitlin and I took the boys to see the Easter Bunny! They were both really excited while waiting in line, but were a little hesitant to sit on his lap. Once they were up there they were both fine and cheesin' it. We bribed Blayke with a fake cupcake to get him to hold still, it was funny! Blayke trying to get away and Colt throwing out a huge cheesy smile, LOL! Their prize for being so good! Monday, May 30, 2011. These are just a few of the conversations with Colt and Jace lately. We are outside and Jace spits. Colt: "Dad don't spit by me, that's gross! Do you know what is gross? Sunday, April 18, 2010. The boys got matching trucks and cups! Today we attempted to take both boys, Colt and Blayke, to the movies. It was a little bit of a challenge. Towards the end they were getting a little antsy. It was Blayke's first time to the movies and I think he did enjoy it. Maybe next time not in 3D will be the better choice. Saturday, May 28, 2011. It only cost $7 for Colt to jump and it was free for adults. We all got to jump for several hours. Sunday, August 15, 2010. Colt is hanging on tight to the train. The Train goes through a tunnel, it was funny to watch the boys. The boys waiting for the cruise to start. Colt and Blayke's first face painting. They look so excited, LOL! This year we went to Reno for Hot August Nights. We walked around and saw lots of cars, rode a train in Virginia City and ate lots of good food. Colt loved seeing so many cars and watching the cruises at night. The weather was awesome as usual! Monday, October 5, 2009. Happy 2nd Birthday Colt. Happy 2nd Birthday Colt! I have no idea where the time goes! It is so weird to think that it has been two years already, we both love you so much! You bring so much joy into our lives, and can't imagine life without you! You seem to surprise us everyday with something new, and not a day goes by that you dont make us laugh. A few things to jot down to remember. Right now you refuse to call Jace dad.he is just Jace (which cracks me up! Such a CUTE family!

Saturday, May 28, 2011. Easter was so much fun this year. Colt was very excited fot the Easter Bunny to come, he kept waiting for him to hop down our driveway. We colored eggs with Grammy the day before Easter and on Easter Sunday went to Caitlin's in-laws for dinner and an egg hunt. Taryn and Blayke came with us, the boys had a blast. Colt and Grammy coloring eggs. The Easter Bunny brought a basket full of goodies.which didn't last long! The egg hunt is on! Showing off their baskets of eggs.
