Katy's Awfully Big South African Adventure. Twelve months of adventures living in the South African Transkei. Sunday, 14 November 2010. New clinic and Bulungula weekend! Monday I didn’t do anything to really note. We were just sorting final arrangements for our new clinic which started on Tuesday. Tuesday We had our first clinic at Zidindi which is sujper exciting. It went really well and I think it’s going to be a great clinic! We then had JT and Asanda for dinner. It’s soooo cool! View from our garden!

In the past 12 days we’ve eaten dinner on our own once and that day we had pancakes for brunch with Jess! Food seems to be a very common topic of conversation in Zithulele. If you have a wild night at home it means lots of alcohol, here it means lots of cake! Unfortunately I think I may come home veryyyyyy fat!
