My life in the big easy again! Monday, September 21, 2009. Well life is busy. i always take on extra stuff because i get bored sitting around, but then i realize i overdo it sometimes! This evening i was sitting at the kitchen table working on my lessons and started to fall asleep. it was only 7:30! So sad. i am taking on the cheerleading coach position this week, so that will take 3 afternoons a week and Friday night football and basketball games. i am excited for it, though. . My life in the big easy again! Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Well i guess i could go on about more things, but i think instead i will post some pics from the trip to new orleans. The last is of jackson square- i love it- it's so picturesque, complete with horse-drawn carriages in front. the second is of one of my favorite little stores in new orleans- the flag shop! And the first is of my dear friend jackie, also a former habitater; we'd been planning this trip for months! We had an amazing time. :).

We had today off from school, which was nice to get a chance to catch up on things, like grading mainly. I am enjoying my classes and school, but it's hard for me to stay caught up! Yep, that's right. So i met with him on friday in what ended up being an interview with him and an assistant principal. long story short, i took the job! Bedroom (behind the double doors is the bathroom with the world's greatest shower ever. also in closet in here is washer/dryer). Kitchen- i love the shelf above the counters, and also the new appliances. Overall view from when you walk in front door- it's very open and bright. i love it! Ok well my house is in order, so you know what that means.pictures! I absolutely LOVE my new place!

Thursday, September 10, 2009. So we know Mason has an artistic side, he loves anything artsy and is very interested when I paint or sew. It'll be very interesting to see this develop over the years. You betcha this is one of his many traits that I will encourage is art. He's known in class to love art and craft time. Let's just say he's the little artiste! After today, I'm going to say he got this gene from Gavin. I think my child might be slightly abstract to say the least. Hint : 3rd from the left.
