From Oxford to the Lone Star State. Tuesday, 25 December 2007. It's Christmas, don't let the commies ruin it. Christmas in Dallas turned out to be very pleasant, in spite of missing the family. Richard, who was in a similar position. Two years ago, kindly sent us some crackers, and I received a surprise gift of Mr. Kipling's "exceedingly good" mince pies. We listened to some of the King's College Chapel service on Radio 4, mindful that it's Jesus' birthday, and we shouldn't let the commies ruin it.
