One Bite at a Time: The cookie monster strikes!
http://one-bite-at-a-time.blogspot.com/2009/07/cookie-monster-strikes.html
One Bite at a Time. A lip-smacking journey through my attempts to recreate food memories, create new favorites, and packing cute lunches, all taken one bite at a time. Friday, July 31, 2009. The cookie monster strikes! I think I'm starting to remember why I don't bake that often. It's because I can't stop eating what I've baked. :). So after spending a few hours shopping, I came home starving for lunch. No evil cookies here, just chicken and some lettuce and tomatoes. Look who decided to show up! Atlanta...

One Bite at a Time. A lip-smacking journey through my attempts to recreate food memories, create new favorites, and packing cute lunches, all taken one bite at a time. Sunday, August 2, 2009. Yes, I'm rather fond of alliterative titles. Yesterday wasn't one of my best eating days, but it certainly wasn't my worst. First things first - if you go grocery shopping when you haven't eaten, then you're asking for it. After the movie, I went grocery shopping and got lots of good healthy food for the week. I've ...

Spring Cleaning!: swapstuff
http://swapstuff.livejournal.com/26121.html
Today I cleaned out my fabric stash of remnants (I had an addiction to buying them a few years ago). I have tons I want to get rid of and pass along to other crafters. They are all free for the taking, I just ask for some assistance with shipping. I'd also be willing to swap instead. Check out the fabrics at my personal LJ. And post a comment there if you are interested. I can only ship in the US, sorry. Post a new comment. Comments allowed for members only. Anonymous comments are disabled in this journal.

An on the go kind of day. Wow, I didn't even realize how close I was to 150 posts! I guess they add up when you post more often. :P. I'm probably going to be moving this blog over to my own domain soon. I had an earlier version of this blog over at www.spiceaholic.com. After the library, I figured since I was out ...

One Bite at a Time: January 2009

One Bite at a Time. A lip-smacking journey through my attempts to recreate food memories, create new favorites, and packing cute lunches, all taken one bite at a time. Tuesday, January 27, 2009. I LOVE fried chicken, but hate how greasy and nasty I feel afterward. It still doesn't stop me from getting cravings every few months or so and hitting up Popeye's or KFC! It's very easy, requires less than 5 ingredients (not counting seasonings), and tastes like you're cheating. A few things though:. Take a deep...

Adventures in Bentomaking has moved! Http:/ www.adventuresinbentomaking.com. June 6, 2008. The cutesy-ness continues today with usage of my new awesome animal food picks. I look at them and I think to myself, gosh, I should have bought a couple more! I realize that I don't need more than those, but I still want them. Then I can lay them all out and count them and rub my hands together going "hehehhehehehhehehe preeeeciousssses". This is what new bento accessories do to me. Scary, huh? Short Go figure....

She's a coaster freak, a coaster freak . . . I know, I'm a dork. Oh and I'm not talking about the coasters that you set your glasses on. Before we get to all that, here's yesterday's eats:. As far as pictures for yesterday, that's all folks. The rest of the day was unplanned and I didn't have my camera with me.

One Bite at a Time: A spicy dinner and monochromatic dessert

One Bite at a Time. A lip-smacking journey through my attempts to recreate food memories, create new favorites, and packing cute lunches, all taken one bite at a time. Thursday, July 30, 2009. A spicy dinner and monochromatic dessert. Starting from the top left: rice and beans, steamed veggies, and then the good stuff - Jerk chicken on the left and curry chicken on the right. Now then, onto my monochromatic dessert. But most importantly, don't you love how the ice cream matches my bowl? Atlanta, Georgia,...

One Bite at a Time: Self-conscious eats
http://one-bite-at-a-time.blogspot.com/2009/08/self-conscious-eats.html
One Bite at a Time. A lip-smacking journey through my attempts to recreate food memories, create new favorites, and packing cute lunches, all taken one bite at a time. Tuesday, August 4, 2009. So here's what I ate yesterday:. I started the day off with some Honey Nut Cheerios, strawberries, and vanilla soymilk. I'm usually not a cold cereal for breakfast kind of girl, but got into the habit while visiting my parents. We'll see how long it lasts. I felt like Indian food for dinner, so I puttered around an...
