Sunday, January 25, 2009. Caving Again - Camps Gulf Caves. It's such a great feeling to be crammed between rocks shoving yourself down a narrow pass to find the next room. After a great two trips into this cave we just keep finding more. Last trip we found the largest room and there’s still plenty to explore. Sunday, November 9, 2008. Well we finally took some time away from paddling! Julie and I were guided on a one night backpacking trip into the Smokys. Our guide, Bob Sayer, is a big time Boy Scout fanatic and one hell of a guide. We went with him, his son and daughter, Zack and a friend of theirs. Thursday, April 30, 2009. Had a great weekend and got a great workout. Friday we headed to Nemo to get a little bouldering in. This was great and we've now decided it's our new Tuesday outing. Pictorious. In bouldering you work problems only as high as you don't mind falling. A crash pad helps ease the landing. Good fun and a great workout.
