In a very tiny kitchen. Thursday, March 24, 2011. Pitas with Baked Falafel and Tzatziki Sauce. I don't know what got me feeling all Greek the other day, but this was one fabulous meal! From Brown Eyed Baker, Baked Falafel. Sauce from Kalyn's Kitchen. Light and healthy, but very satisfying, and a good way to up your veggie intake! 3 cups of flour. I used all-purpose, but plan on using at least half wheat next time). 1 1/2 tsp salt. 1 package (2 1/4 tsp) yeast. 1 1/4-1 1/2 C warm water. 2 Tbsp olive oil.

Saturday, April 25, 2009. This Month at the Loony Bin. Dinner is always a crazy time of the day. I've heard it called the bewitching hour! From dinner time on is so LOUD and crazy! Since John is usually home for the post-dinner routine it has been a little less stressful. We were cleaning up after dinner and Megan was still sitting in her seat. Friday, October 23, 2009. Megan Girl Turns 1! How did this happen? I think I just had her yesterday! How did Megan turn 1 already? I thought it would make me seriously sad but I am really enjoying every stage she reaches! Her personality is really coming out and she is hilarious! Saturday, February 7, 2009. Does anyone know how to get wall paint off of a refrigerator and table without totally ruining the appliance/table? I had paint samples I was experimenting with. I put the little foam brush in a plastic bag so it wouldn't dry out (I'm too lazy to wash it and just use it later). Anyway, Ethan had a good time painting today!
