We went to West Salem this past weekend to celebrate Kayla's birthday with our family. We had a great day. The weather was good and we had a good turn out. We had a great day and Kayla enjoyed her time in the park riding rides. Although there were times when she was unsure what to think but overall she did great! She is 11 lbs and 11oz and 22 inches. Saturday, January 18, 2014. Guess who got her ears pierced? For an early 6th Birthday gift, Grandpa Dave and Grandma Carol got Kasey her ears pierced. She loves them and feels pretty grown up and fancy in them! No tears, either! Kasey Noel Rose and Reagan Caroline Rose. I have been trying to get the girls to get theirs pierced and neither one will do it - they refuse to have anything put a hole in them! Anywho, this Easter we went up to Alexandria to visit my parents and had a great time, the weather was super! We tried a different method of decorating eggs and it was so perfect, not messy and still fun. Using crayons on warm eggs! The crayons melt and then harden, very cool! A couple Saturdays ago, we went to Circus Juventis, which is a circus school. They had an open house and the girls got to get "circus eyes" painted on and try out some fun stuff!
