We met Alex and John a few months after moving to Vermont and were excited to find that we share the same heart for the Lord and love for missions. A few months later, were so excited to learn that they were expecting a baby! And it has been really neat to watch them persevere with joy through an especially difficult pregnancy. Saturday, September 21, 2013. Baby Beau - Brand New! Oh I just love little newborns so very much! And when it's the baby of a dear friend, meeting them for the first time is even sweeter. Precious little Beau was an answer to his parent's prayers. As only the Lord could do, he was born exactly one year after Jon and Christina miscarried their second baby. The Lord gives, and the Lord takes away, and it is a beautiful thing to watch friends trust Him with their whole hearts in every circumstance.

Monday, March 9, 2015. Sweet Baby Micah - brand new! It was such a special treat to be able to fly out to see my sister, Abi, after she had her third sweet boy. I hadn't seen her in over a year! We had a great weekend together and I loved being able to snap a few pictures of sweet little Micah while I was there. He is a super easygoing little guy and cooperated nicely :). These two big boys are awesome big brothers - seeing them all together makes me excited to have a third boy of my own!
