I can't believe it's been a year since we visited the ER with Kaelyn only to leave the hospital 7 hours later to pack up and head for Salt Lake to begin our journey in getting rid of her cancer. It actually seems like much longer than a year ago that all of this began. The doc ordered physical therapy to get her ankles back to normal so we are currently working on some exercises that will help. So really, life couldn't be better. We are so blessed. We are officially 1/3 of the way done with chemotherapy! Well, I'm rounding up a little. we just did week 6 chemo today and we have 19 total. And, Kaelyn still has her hair! She is one lucky girl.
