It is Well with My Soul. Bind my wandering heart to thee. August 4, 2013. Embarking on new adventures in the sweet city of Cape Coast, Ghana for a public health mission trip through the nursing school at Mizzou. We just arrived yesterday in the afternoon after a long 30 hours of traveling! As soon as we arrived to our new home for the next two weeks, we somewhat unpacked, ate, and basically crashed. Everyone was so tired from the long trip and I know for me I felt like a walking zombie! View from lunch :).

It was such a bittersweet day however; it was easily more sweet than bitter :). We returned to one of our favorite communities, Asamanso, a much more rural community that we fell in love with the first day! Tuesday, October 11, 2016. Travel Of A Lifetime. I've come to a point in life where I, start thinking about life. After a recent dreadful event, I finally realise that there are actually so much more to life. A lot more than my degree, my wealth, my status etc. I'm not saying that these are not important, but life is so much more than all these. So, the main point is that. I spontaneously booked myself a flight to United Kingdom. I want to see the world. So, its gonna be. So excited for what lies ahead.

November 1, 2017. The wild things roared their terrible roars and gnashed their terrible teeth and rolled their terrible eyes and showed their terrible claws, till Max said, "BE STILL! Happy Halloween from the King of all Wild Things! Halloween changes when you have kids. It becomes more fun, because you get to be apart of their excitement.
