Sunnuntai 7. joulukuuta 2014. Äidin synttäreille tein glögi- juustokakkua. Alkuperäinen ohje löytyy TÄÄLTÄ. Muokkasin sitä vähän niin että vaihdoin appelsiinin mandariiniin ja kardemumman inkivääriin, sekä tein täytteestä tupla-annoksen. 2 ras (a´175g) maustamatonta tuorejuustoa. 2 mandariinin raastettu kuori. Käytä kiilteeseen glögitiivistettä, ei glögijuomaa. Tällöin kiilteen väri ja maku ovat vahvemmat. Tunnisteet: Hyydyke - ja Juustokakut. Hyydyke - ja Juustokakut. Jälkiruuat ja muuta pientä hyvää.

Sunnuntai 21. heinäkuuta 2013. Sly 23, Heinäkuun paketti. Perjantai-iltana myöhällä hain paketin, ja koko viikonloppu oli erittäin aiukataulutettua ohjelmaa, niin nyt vasta pääsen postauksen tekemään rauhassa. Anteeksi viivytys! Ihanan säilöntäaiheisen paketin oli parini koonnut minulle! Mustikkametsään olisi aikomus mennä tällä viikolla, joten kaikki tavarat pääsevät varmasti pian käyttöön. Tiistai 11. maaliskuuta 2014. Rahkapiirakkaa happamista luumuista ja mustaherukoista. Ostin kaupasta keltaisia luumuja, jotka olivat kertakaikkiaan niin happamia, että olisivat jääneet tuoreena syömättä. Lasten kanssa pyöräytettiin niistä sitten rahkapiirakka. Jotta piirakkaa saatiin koko pellillinen, laitetiin kaveriksi pakastemustaherukoita ( eli yhteensä 8 luumua ja n. 4 dl mustaherukoita). Aika hapanta! Mutta tällä piirakalla saa happamimmankin aineksen taittumaan mukavaksi piirakaksi. 1 1/2 tl soodaa.

Perjantai 28. marraskuuta 2014. Leivotablogi on ollut tauolla vähän aikaa, täytyy taas ryhdistäytyä, kun joulun tienoo inspiroi leipomaan kaikenlaista. Tämmöisiä muffinsseja tuli tehtyä joku aika sitten. Ohje on varsinaisesti pellilliselle piirakkaa, mutta lapset tykkää tehdä muffinsseja, niin tehtiin sitten niitä. Täyte on oma sovellus siitä mitä kaapissa sattui olemaan. Rahka ja omenat sopii hyvin yhteen. Kkp = n 1,5dl). 1 1/2 kkp sokeria. Vaahdota sokeri ja munat. Tilaa: Lähetä kommentteja (Atom).

Maanantai 21. huhtikuuta 2014. Tätä herkkua oli tarjolla pääsiäisen kahvipöydässä. Piiras kuulostaa ja näyttää hirmuisen imelältä, mutta on kuitenkin ihanan raikasta ja koukuttavan hyvää! 100 g pehmeää voita. 1 1/2 dl vehnäjauhoja. Sekoita voi, sokeri ja kananmuna sähkövatkaimella sekaisin. Yhdistä jauhot, perunajauho ja leivinjauhe ja sekoita jauhoseos voi-sokeriseokseen. Voitele piirasvuoka, ja levitä taikina vuoan pohjalle ja reunoille. 1 3/4 dl sokeria. 1 tl sitruunan raastettua kuorta. 1,5 dl sokeria.
