Were working at the job site this afternoon putting the finishing touches on the layer of building paper and metal mesh. Two areas they won't be able to complete until next week are (1) the wall above the window seat (because the sheet metal installer from Bonanza Heating and Air Conditioning. In the meantime, the crew from Jim Giancola Concrete has finished removing all of the plywood from the inside of the basement walls. Building The New House. Wednesday, April 26, 2006. The demolition started on April 26, 2006 at about 8:10 in the morning. It took less than 25 minutes to take down the entire house! If you're wondering why that worker is spraying water on the house, it's to minimize the dust created during the demolition process. Brad, our general building contractor from BL Builders.
