Sunday, March 29, 2009. Spring has sprung, the fun has begun! Last week I took Noble for her first trip to the beach. Yes, I know it is sad that we live on the coast and she just now, at 15 months old, got to go to the beach. She had a great time and was not afraid of anything! We are looking forward to a summer full of many more beach trips and we hope to have some grandparents, aunts and cousins in town to take with us! Monday, March 9, 2009. Wednesday, January 28, 2009. Tuesday, July 29, 2008. What Manning has been up to this summer. As you know last summer we bought a new boat, the Marlinrita. This summer the guys entered their first tournament. They came in third with this blue marlin! Look what I can do. Noble is growing and going. She crawls like a champ and is now pulling up to stand on anything and everything. Tuesday, August 12, 2008. That face says it all. Noble wanted to help Manning set up the aquarium he got for her room. I put her inside it so she could inspect it. I'm a little worried now about putting it in her room. The look on her face makes me think she has some interesting plans for her new "toy". Want the secret to young, baby soft skin? Friday, October 31, 2008. We just finished Trick-or-Treating. Noble had a great time. Lots of people had their dogs with them while they handed out candy and Noble has yet to meet a "pup-pup" she does not like! We went with a large group of friends, which she also enjoyed. Sunday, October 12, 2008. Emily turned 10 today. We've had 3 days of celebration. Friday, I took cupcakes, chips and drinks to her class. And today, she received several presents from friends at church. Then our small group gave her more presents and they topped it off with a cake at Red Robin. Tuesday, December 9, 2008. Rare sighting of a an allusive bird/son in law makes for a very happy Thanksgiving. The allusive Manning bird was difficult to photograph and we were beginning to wonder if we actually had sighted him or if it was just a look a like bird slipping in to trick us. Emily couldn't wait to show Noble her trampoline. Noble liked it.for about 5 seconds but it was still fun. We went to Rhema Bible College to check out the Christmas Lights. They were beautiful! A few of the lights.

Sunday, November 2, 2008. Cutest Little Witch in the West. And we had the cutest little witch that ever begged for candy at anyones door. She and Dad knocked doors in Grandma's neighborhood. It was a beautiful evening, perfect for all the ghost and goblins. They collected a substantial amount of booty, enough for all of us to enjoy. Monday, December 28, 2009. The most PERFECT Snowman. Christmas Eve we had a blizzard,. Which meant that we had a White Christmas. Which meant we had a lot less guests than we had planned for. But it was perfect! I'm thinking - WOW and David said you couldn't build a snow man cause the snow was too dry and this one was taller than the man building it. I was in awe of this snowman and about to go get my camera when David said. LISA that is a blowup Snowman! Maybe I should get my eyes checked.

Kent and Sharons Echo Acres Excerpts. Monday, October 8, 2012. 2012 SEPTEMBER MOTORCYCLE RIDE IN BAR HARBOR, MAINE. We and Roger and Bonnie took our motorcycles up to Bar Harbor, Maine. Stopped at Jensen's Pharmacy on the way up for a quick chat with Curtis. It was gorgeous weather the two days we were up there! We stayed at a beautiful inn overlooking the ocean. The first day we rode all through Acadia National Park. Just a gorgeous ride! So quiet and peaceful and beautiful scenery! Thanks Ron and Edna!
