http://theforgottenstudio.blogspot.com/2013/08/a-few-thought-about-jack-vettriano.html
Saturday, 24 August 2013. A few thought about Jack Vettriano. He is one of the most commercially successful artists of all. Above a couple of the seaside scenes he is so famous for). So… where do I stand on this? Well I never paid much attention to his work, obviously I’ve seen it, who hasn’t? THE FOLLOWING PAINTINGS ARE SOME THAT APPEAL TO ME THE MOST. View my co...

http://theforgottenstudio.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, 30 December 2012. Today has been the first day since Christmas day that I’ve felt well enough to get out of bed. I’m still not well but at least I’m managing to stay awake for more than 30 minutes at a time. I thought I would make the effort to get dressed and spend a couple hours in the living room watching TV. No 2 HENRI DE TOULOUSE-LAUTREC: “Dans le lit (In bed)", 1893 This is one (and arguably the best) of the several scenes of a couple in bed painted by Toulouse-Lautrec,. Links to this post.
