Kaisa's Libro di Cucina. Monday, 5 May 2008. Pumpkin pie /Grammah pie was my grandfathers favourite dessert when I was a child. I didn't like it then, but I have learned to enjoy it, and everything tastes great with a little side of ice cream. 2 cups of softened butter. 2 cups of sugar. 4 cups of flour. 1 teaspoon of vanilla. A pumpkin, about 8" is usually a good size, that makes 3 cups. 1 cup of sugar. 15 tsp. ground cinnamon. 18 oz evaporated milk. A few spices like nutmeg, ginger, etc.
