Chocolate Bread and Butter Pudding. 5 – 6 slices of white bread, buttered. 1 tbsp marmalade or apricot jam (optional). 100ml hot chocolate/Milo powder. 50g Dark Chocolate Pieces. Grease an ovenproof dish. Cut bread and butter into triangles. Mix hot chocolate with sugar. Arrange the bread and butter, hot chocolate and sugar in layers in the dish and spread the top layer with marmalade or apricot jam (optional).
