Brown Town: January 2015
http://btbrown.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 22. Hailey's birthday was over a week ago! She is as cute as a one-year-old as she has been up until now - maybe even cuter in some ways! The morning of her birthday she woke up her usual happy self with her usual bed hair:. And she received the usual attention she gets from her siblings:. But she also got to drink cow milk for the first time. Yippee! She's so cute I just want to post a hundred pictures of her eating. But I'll stop. After one more. After blowing our her candle, we gave ...

Brown Town: More from May
http://btbrown.blogspot.com/2015/05/more-from-may.html
Wednesday, May 20. I share a few pictures of some activities from the last few weeks? Don't mind if I do! First up, a whole bunch of pictures from an evening up in Provo Canyon. We went to Glen Canyon Park and had a picnic dinner. Then we took a little hike up a trail above the park. There was a "shortcut" that the kids were all intent on clambering up. We actually hiked up this same trail a couple years ago. Just taking some hard-earned rest at the top of the hill. Heading back down the trail. We tried ...

Brown Town: 5-year-old twinners
http://btbrown.blogspot.com/2015/08/5-year-old-twinners.html
Thursday, August 13. Parker and Emily just had their birthday. As is customary, we took them out to dinner with us on our date night before their birthday. They chose Pizza Pie Cafe, which I can never turn down. Most of the meal they spent standing up and looking around for the balloon guy to come by our table. Turns out that was the main reason they chose this place. I kept calling them "muffnuts" because they also could be donuts. Here are the cakes Traci made to request as usual:. Emily requested anot...

Brown Town: Bikes
http://btbrown.blogspot.com/2015/06/bikes.html
Thursday, June 4. It was a beautiful evening. For the past week or so, we'd been talking about taking a family bike ride some evening. That seemed like a feat that was going to require a lot of planning and preparation, but the kids always want to "ride bikes at the church," so while Traci worked on dinner, I thought I'd take the kids over and let them ride around for ten or fifteen minutes. A precious smile from a precious girl. It was all so worth it. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). All you need is...

Brown Town: May 2015
http://btbrown.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 25. Happy Birthday to Traci. Traci celebrated the big 3-0 this last weekend. We managed to extend the celebrations out to four days, with festivities including dinner at Tucano's, taking in Big Fish at the Hale Center Theater Orem, partying with friends til all hours of the night, and blowing giant bubbles at Rock Canyon park in Provo:. This is during one of the enforced "no popping" times. We wanted the kids to realize it is also fun to just watch the bubbles sometimes. Wednesday, May 20.

Brown Town: Happy Birthdays Parker and Emily
http://btbrown.blogspot.com/2013/08/happy-birthdays-parker-and-emily.html
Monday, August 12. Happy Birthdays Parker and Emily. The twins turned 3 yesterday. The above is my favorite picture of the day. Emily is crying because her balloon just popped moments before. That was sad, but you know, those kinds of things don't stay sad forever. We had the usual congregation of family members over- those that could make it of course. After a dinner of delicious home-made pizza we got down to business and opened presents:. Emily is maybe the hardest kid to get a good picture of lately.

Brown Town: More October Magic
http://btbrown.blogspot.com/2012/10/more-october-magic.html
Monday, October 22. First off, Emily did end up getting a haircut like everyone else. This is how it looked straightened the day it was cut:. Second of all, October has been sliding right by. The mountains are so beautiful these days. About a week ago we went up the canyon to Canyon Glen Park and ended up going on a little hike with the kids. Helping the twins up the slope. The dramatic vista captured in panorama mode. Audrey sitting on a big rock. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Pocket Full of Posies.

Brown Town: December 2014
http://btbrown.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 30. Christmas happened- and feels like it is still happening actually! It's been a great one this year and we have enjoyed lots of time with lots of family around. Here are few photos to share what it's been like around here:. The kids had their music program at school before it let out for Christmas break, and Audrey got to do Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer with her Kindergarten class. She loves being a school kid. Traci put puff paint on the bottom of the slippers for added traction.

Brown Town: Parker & Emily: 4 years old
http://btbrown.blogspot.com/2014/08/parker-emily-4-years-old.html
Thursday, August 14. Parker and Emily: 4 years old. The twins turned four this week! Now they are big 4-year-olds who never do anything wrong. Well, that lasted a day anyway, if that. They had a fun birthday that we can tell you ALL about here:. Oh, and you can see a couple of bonus kids in the background. The kids' cousins got to spend the night at our house because their parents were getting ready to bring a new baby home from the hospital. It added a bit of excitement to the birthday! Parker and Emily...

Brown Town: November 2014
http://btbrown.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 27. Happy Thanksgiving. Traci is out shopping the deals now, so I decided to take a few minutes to blog it up a little. We had quite a long and eventful day. Traci and the kids came to cheer me on. Traci said afterward "next year I get to run and you have to watch the kids." That's really showing what a pain these kids can be if Traci is volunteering to run a 4-mile race to get out of taking care of them. :). Emily being Grandpa's helper. Ethan is ready to eat! Eating makes her happy!
