It was great! Daytona Beach is on the coast with a river running beside it. In fact, one sign said Beaches to the east and DeLand to the west! A discussion of the Spanish moss on the trees along the drive,. A stay in Macon, Georgia, and totally friendly people at church,. The fine white sand and of course the ocean,.

Sunday, August 12, 2012. My birthday was awesome! I am now nine years old. I loved Bear Lake! We got lots of shakes (especially raspberry because Bear Lake is known for it's delicious home grown raspberries), played at the beach a ton. Sunday, August 12, 2012. Im so happy you had a great birthday. We werent sure when you would be coming home last night so we didnt call. Bear Lake was my favorite place to go when I was your age, too. Again, happy birthday.
