I still have high hopes for once I get the brochures I ordered but who knows at this point. It's not like we can afford the money we are putting out to do this especially since there's a chance Mike might not be able to claim unemployment now but I had hoped at least a few people would order so that we'd break even or even make a few extra dollars a month. My family has become a fan of pumpkin cake. and it is so stinkin easy to make, I can't find a reason not to make it on a whim. even when it is 105 degrees outside! 1 box of yellow cake mix. 1 can of pumpkin. 1 cup chocolate chips. 1/4 cup (any) milk. 1tsp pumpkin pie spice. Tuesday, September 18, 2012. The highly anticipated day has come and gone and we survived. And now we adjust, to a new normal, to one we never would have thought a possibility up until 18 months ago. One that involves step-moms, step-brothers and a whole slew of new people. It's hard. I'm still processing so much of it. I don't understand a lot of it.
