Keeping it Real: Peanut butter vs Chocolate - 1 cookie, 2 ways!
http://www.keepingitreal.net.nz/2016/01/peanut-butter-vs-chocolate-1-cookie-2.html
Who Are We and Why Keep it Real? Sunday, 17 January 2016. Peanut butter vs Chocolate - 1 cookie, 2 ways! When the kids can't decide which flavour of cookies to make, rather than resorting to letting them brawl it out or go down the old tried and true route of paper rock scissors, I managed to save the day by making a base cookie mixture, splitting it in to two bowls and letting them each flavour their batch how they wanted! The options are endless, so let your kids (or your own! 100g butter or coconut oil.

Who Are We and Why Keep it Real? Friday, 3 April 2015. Easter chocolates - cream eggs for all! Who doesn't love a cream egg right? Well, we've always been fans, and Easter is that time of year when a little indulgence has to occur and those old favourites and classics must be allowed for. When you have had your fix though, here is an alternative that you can eat a little more freely, in fact you can eat these ones for breakfast, lunch and dinner all Easter long and feel no guilt whatsoever! Cheeky monkey...
Keeping it Real: December 2015
http://www.keepingitreal.net.nz/2015_12_01_archive.html
Who Are We and Why Keep it Real? Tuesday, 22 December 2015. A fruity version take on a lemon meringue pie? A modern twist on the classic kiwi pavlova with berries? Maybe a bit of both! This pie will take a few steps to put together, and looks pretty impressive, but is actually pretty simple to do. All you will need is a few basic ingredients and a little bit of time - more for the chillling and setting than for actual work. The dessert is free of gluten, grains, dairy, soy, and refined sugar. You can...

It really only takes about 10-15 minutes to make, so it is easy to prepare the night before and it is a very adaptable recipe. Instead of sunflower seeds you can add in dark chocolate chips, and trust me, everyone will love it! Original recipe from my cookbook partner Kate at Keeping it Real. Apricot and Coconut Slice.

LEARN-RECIT Tablet Summit 2013. A special THANK YOU to Karine and Iliana, our student experts, who were with us to share their thoughts on using tablets for learning! They reminded us that.
