Wednesday, June 18, 2014. Just a quick note to let you know I'm alive! April, May and now June have been a bit of a non-event in terms of weight loss. That is - I've stayed around about 79kgs or less for the duration. I have been eating a lot off plan, although I've kept up the regular exercise. Tuesday, November 26, 2013. Week 3 down and a massive loss of 2.2kgs! That brings me to 10.2kgs lost overall! I am SO HAPPY! Tuesday, May 13, 2014. Yesterday we had a free Heart Health check. It was provided by my work, which was pretty awesome. They had a lady come in and take a finger prick test for blood glucose and cholesterol, as well as taking our blood pressure and waist measurement. I'm pleased to say that my results were quite good! Friday, March 30, 2018. TVAC Swim Party / Awards. On Tuesday night I took the four kids to the girls' year-end skating and awards party for their TVAC swim team. They were excited to not only roller skate again, but to see many of their swimming friends that they haven't seen in several weeks. It always takes a few minutes to get re-acclimated to roller skates, but it only took about 10 minutes for all of them to settle in and have a great time! Best part of the night? Had to be the ice cream sundaes!
