Keeping Up With Dr.Ruth. Friday, June 4, 2010. Good morning friends,. First and foremost I must apologize for not updating this more, but honestly, we have been doing quite well and there has not been much to update! Mom is eating and had her first cup of coffee a few days ago, which was one of the things that she missed most! She is up and moving around and, for having a huge surgery last week, doing incredible. All of her hard work in the hospital and with physical therapy has paid off!

Keeping Up With Dr.Ruth. Tuesday, May 25, 2010. We had a good evening last night. Mom made it through without too much pain and got decent sleep. Her stomach is still a bit queezy, but that is to be expected. Dr. Howard said her progress is on track and we have moved to the floor, room W750. Mom even got up and walked a few steps this morning!
