Monday, August 29, 2011. I had the pleasure of getting to Skype with my sister and her ca-razy family after work today. Man do I love those girls! Those 15 minutes put me in such a happy mood for the rest of the night (so much so that I even mopped tonight.on a Monday! Tomorrow my youngest niece turns 3.which does not seem right! We were able to spend some time with my family, which is always fun.and entertaining, especially when Connor gets with his wild and crazy cousins. Here's a little peek at what our trip entailed. Wednesday, September 15, 2010. For my youngest girlie's 2nd birthday, I made a cute flip-flop cake. I used this simple recipe to make a 9X13 sheet cake. 1 box white cake mix. 59 oz instant vanilla pudding. 1 cup sour cream (light). Mix all ingredients together with a hand mixer. This is where the cake becomes fun! I wanted to make a rainbow cake, so I divided the cake batter into 3 different bowls. I added different colored gel dye to each bowl of batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes. 1/2 cup butter, softened.
