Sunday, May 24, 2009. Well we are home from our big Disney trip, it was such a blessing. John's parents called about three weeks ago and said they were going to a conference in Orlando, and we got to go. This was a big deal, not only because who doesn't want to go to Disney world? You will definitely have to tell me what the "must sees" are. We are heading there this Thanksgiving for our 10 yr. anniversary.and YES, the our two oldest girls are going with us. ;). Tuesday, November 1, 2011. My project for the week was getting our Casita ready! I like to make everything because it saves us money. It needed some major fixing up which consisted of finding a headboard. I decided to create one myself using stuff I had already. I used an egg crate cushion, 9 canvases, stapler, fabric, and scissors. I cut out the cushions a bit smaller than the actual canvas to give it dimension. Then my awesome husband helped me hang them up as he has a better eye with that kind of thing.
