Pulled Chicken eli nyhtökana tulille. Hieman hidas, mutta melko vähätöinen herkku vaikka sitten sen sämpylän väliin. Omnom omskis. Kanan Paistileikettä n. 600-700g. 1/2 dl tummaa siirappia. 2 tl sambal oelek -chilitahnaa. Peukalonkokoinen pala tuoretta inkivääri raastettuna (jokainen voi oman maun mukaan valita sopivankokoisen peukalon). Tuoretta chiliä (maun mukaan). Kypsennä n. 2 tuntia 150 asteisessa uunissa. Lisää keitettyyn liemeen revitty kana, loput maustekastikkeesta, ketsuppi, sinappi ja suola.
