Running the Quota | My quest for the Marathon
My quest for the Marathon. In a quest to suck less I will run tonight. My life has been a complete and utter mess. So doing yoga and running have to be picked up. It’s a must. How do you stay motivated? WelpTraining for this Half Marathon isn’t easy but. Training for this Half Marathon isn’t easy but that’s what happens when you need to train for something. Tuesday I ran two miles just to get back into the swing of things. After my pitiful six mile race I needed to remain focused. What shoes do you wear?
