http://notfast.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 1, 2012. It's July 1st, do you know where your resolutions are? Half of 2012 is behind us. HALF. Um, what? Panic And what happens when I panic? Sounds nice, doesn't it? Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Plenty of ...

Sunday, April 22, 2012. Cleaning Around the Stuck. Until then, I'll keep whittling away at the little things. Like my inbox (2500 down, 50 to go). And my technology issues (appointment for new hard drive installation made). And enjoying my present location, by building new skill sets (rock climbing and rowing on-tap). The Slowest Triathlete: Whatever gets you out the door
http://notfast.blogspot.com/2008/08/whatever-gets-you-out-door.html
Friday, August 1, 2008. Whatever gets you out the door. When it is 90 humid outside and your gym membership expired a month ago (no more climate-controlled workouts) it can be hard to find the motivation to workout. Ok, who am I kidding, sometimes when its 70 and sunny its hard to find the motivation to workout. Enter addiction to technical wear -. This is my latest purchase: the best little running skirt. And while on the same little shopping spree I also picked up the best little running shorts. But ju...

Brownie Ponts Blog » The jams I ought to make
http://www.browniepointsblog.com/2009/07/12/the-jams-i-ought-to-make
A good girl's notebook. Of her culinary world. Tip of My Tongue. The jams I ought to make. Sunday, July 12, 2009. The best way to preserve foods is to take what you have in abundance, especially if it’s seemingly free. Buying lots of fruit to jam is just not as. Efficient as using what is found in your yard or neighborhood. Being one with very little food yard, I’m guilty of buying my jamming fruits from the market. However, if I open my eyes I can see the potential fruits in my vicinity that. For a reci...

The Slowest Triathlete: A week of firsts
http://notfast.blogspot.com/2010/04/week-of-firsts.html
Sunday, April 11, 2010. A week of firsts. I would love to write all about my FIRST TIME ON FAT TIRES. Loved it, BTW). But I'm in the midst of managing a laundry emergency.and packing.to leave the grid. Yup, no internet.probably no cell reception. I'm headed out on my first ever river trip. Five days on a remote and remarkably scenic river. I have no idea what to expect, and wasn't involved in any of the planning, so I'm truly along for the ride on this adventure. Can't wait! The Slowest Triathlete: Slowness Defined
http://notfast.blogspot.com/p/slowness-defined.html
I am slow. At everything. I am learning to be OK with this because being active makes me happy. I started this blog as a way to to track my training as I entered the multi-sport universe.with a 70.3.I don't recommend this head-straight-for-the-high-dive approach. In December of 2009 I started a new journey - to follow my dream of living in the mountains. I still consider myself a multi-sport athlete, I've just added a few more sports to the "multi" part.
