For this was what I have been doing for them every afternoon this week for after-school snack - SMOOTHIE S! Of course, at the same time, I'll make a cup for myself too. Hmmm.the smooth, creamy and fruity blend just feels so good sliding down your throat. Not to mention it's very filling and nutritious too. Links to this post.
