Days with the Dawsons. Sunday, November 11, 2012. Gabe had a great Halloween this year.mostly because he got candy! He was both a baseball player and Nemo. Or course both costumes were adorable on him! The best part of the Nemo costume was the tail.it wagged back and forth as he walked.I had to take a video! He got to carve a pumpkin with the assistance of Daddy and talked about his pumpkin for days.can't count the number of times he yelled "Oh punkin! Gabe and his pumpkin.& his sucker. At Trunk or Treat.

Saturday, June 1, 2013. 2 Years and Counting! The last few months have gone by so fast, I haven't taken the time to sit down and update the blog. Gabe turned 2 at the end of March, and I can't believe how much he has grown! He is quite the personality and has no problems making himself known.all of the time. He is quite the little talker!

He asks about David constantly and likes to watch football or pretend to play video games with him. Days with the Dawsons. Wednesday, June 27, 2012. When I initially started giving Gabe animal crackers to eat, I would walk them across his tray and make the corresponding animal noises. Not too long after, Gabe started mimiking me and playing with his crackers as well. His current favorite noise is "Neigh" (like a horse), so apparently that is all these crackers know. Tuesday, June 26, 2012. Reaching into my work bag for my sunglasses. Playing under the kitchen table (he no longer fits standing up).

Days with the Dawsons. Wednesday, July 31, 2013. After visiting Grandma and Grandpa Timm, we headed up to my sister "Aunt Leasha's" house. Gabe was super excited to get there. Not only does he love Aunt Alicia, but he also couldn't wait to see his cousins. Add in the fact that she has a swimming pool, playground, a trampoline, cats, cows, chickens and a dog, and Gabe is in heaven! He just wanted to hold and pet them all and never leave! He carries around and sleeps with his blanket and a stuffed fox called "Mr. Fox" or "Foxie". Thanks to Aunt Diane for giving him this! It also inspired me to have him watch The Fox and The Hound. As soon as he realized what was in the box, he started chanting "Hoop Hoop Hoop". We put together immediately and had to convince him that he wanted to open his other gifts instead of play. Days with the Dawsons. Sunday, August 26, 2012. Gabe putting on David's tennis shoes. He was quite focused on getting them on so he walk. Sorry the video is sideways.I will remember next time I promise. Gabe, Gabe, Gabe. As the summer has been flying by, Gabe has just been growing and changing so much. Some days I just look at him and wonder what happened to that little tiny baby we brought home from the hospital. I think we only had that baby a couple of days before this grown boy emerged!
