Saturday, January 24, 2009. So the most exciting thing that has happened in my life lately is that Jennifer finally had her baby! She is so freaking adorable and it has been so fun being able to see her a lot. She was born on January 12th (ya i'm a little behind) Me and Heath got to go down to the hospital and see her right after she was born which was so fun. Jennifer did not look like she had just had a baby! I hope i look that good right after i have babies! But i am not biast at all. Boys are so weird.

Friday, August 14, 2009. Long Locks and the Lazy River. Oakley's hair was so long that it was hanging in her eyes. I didn't want to do it but sadly I took her to get her first haircut. She was so good the whole time. Of course I saved her hair and it is so red! It will be fun to look back and see. I love those blue eyes! She is such a happy baby! I just love the look on her face! Monday, March 11, 2013. A Delicious Tradition Packaged in Phyllo Dough. Yes, that is hot cheese oozing out of the crsipy phyllo dough triangle. Cheese Boereg are a traditional Armenian delicacy. A few simple ingredients and some tricks in "phyllo dough maintenance" and you can serve these at your next dinner party with rave reviews. I haven't met a soul who doesn't like them. 2 lbs cheese (combination of feta, cottage cheese and monterey jack cheeses). 1/2 c chopped fresh parsley. 1 lb box (#4 is good).
