Well, okay, admitidly I declared yesterday a holiday and named it myself. Why not? If it isn't a real holiday it should be. Why, you might ask. Well let me tell you. I'll get to them but first the backstory. And now, to the list of firsts. I have never run an actual road race in another country, until today. I have never seen people practicing their karate before a big race as a warm up- until today. November 9, 2010 at 7:17 AM. I guess your 6:05 5K beats the world record by about 6:33. Amazing!
