This is the first day of my life. Friday, September 30, 2005. I am the new Valencia manager. Was playing Championship Manager yeterday for aaaaaaages, had quite an illustrious 4 seasons so far, been manager of sevilla fc, then got the espanyol job. But was sacked! For no apparent reason and so applied for Leganes post. Got that and played 1 season before landing in Valencia. Oh joy! I hear you say. Anyways, was up for ages last night playing it. This is the first day of my life. Wednesday, November 30, 2005. This week just gets worse and worse. So, as if monday wasnt bad enough, I went to the JJB Stadium tonight to watch my beloved Newcastle play Wigan in the 4th round of the Carling Cup. And we lost. I cannot believe, 5,000 geordie fans including myself travelled to see a very strong Newcastle side get kicked around the park by a second string Wigan side.
