Renelde Napoli: Going to Artfest !
http://reneldenapoli.blogspot.com/2012/02/going-to-artfest.html
Thursday, 16 February 2012. It's official, I'm going to Artfest. Artfest is a 3day art retreat in Port Townsend, Washington. I've been reading about it for a while now, always drooling when I looked at the worshops, wondering when I would go. Well I learned not long ago that 2012 is the last year it will happen because Teesha Moore. Who organizes it, wants to move on to something else. Oh no! I guess they have their reasons! She's Boxing Clever. To die would be an awfully big adventure…. May 20, 2011 at 11:53 pm ( Random Thoughts. Didn’t the “second coming” already happen, three days after the Crucifixion, for forty days before the Ascension? Thankfully, there are only 140 corpses in our local cemetery, so the Zompocolypse should be short lived in our town. May 21, 2011 at 12:51 am. May 26, 2011 at 3:37 pm. It’s okay Mel, I don’t get it either ;P. May 21, 2011 at 1:43 am. May 26, 2011 at 3:45 pm. May 21, 2011 at 8:06 am.

The Artsy Fartsy Chick. Ramblings on the life of art and the art of living…. You know you have a dead bug on your desk, right? Okay, just checking. This is somewhat typical of my conversations with my son. The young man. The high school graduate. The one about to quest onward into the rest of his life. The boy with a geographically challenged father-son relationship. The one with a wide, wide, tender heart, trying to come to terms with the world, on his own terms. Perhaps we are all doing that. I wish I ...

She doesn't do "project" style classes, they are more about discovering your own style and bringing it forward. Click on the images to enlarge. I am in JOY with you now but I miss not being able to leave actual notes for people. I am gla...

The Artsy Fartsy Chick. Ramblings on the life of art and the art of living…. Mid-night readings and wakednesses*. Yes, I reserve the right to create *new words.🙂. I was so very tired tonight. It was a do-not-pass-go and go directly to bed night. I scooped maple walnut ice cream into a cone and had that before retiring (and of course now, at 2:41am, I am a tad hungry) but lunch was had at Nuba today (with a small group of former McT coworkers whom I adore. And one large meal a day works, sometimes. I am ...
