The hotel offers accommodation both inside and also camping and powered caravan sites with an amenities block on-site. TASMANIA; images of. Photography by Kelly McGill. Saturday, October 28, 2006. First it was bushfires and 33° days - and last night Hobart saw VERY cold temperatures and low-level snow fall. Andrew and I live 150m above sea level, and our suburb apparently got snow around 10.30pm. We spent the evening with friends who live approximately 350m ASL, and enjoyed a BBQ in the snow (as you do! Here are some of the pics. Wednesday, October 25, 2006. Here's a few pics taken in the Tamar Valley earlier in the year.

Today we went up to the summit, along with every other man and his dog (seriously, there were dogs on the mountain! To check out the huge dump of snow we received during the week. TASMANIA; images of. Photography by Kelly McGill. Thursday, April 12, 2007. SOUTH WEST NATIONAL PARK. Over Easter Andrew and I decided to visit the South West National Park. It takes about 3 hours from Hobart to get out there, but it's well worth the trip. Here are a couple of shots, but we will definately be going back - hopefully to stay a few nights at the Lake Pedder Chalet. during winter!
